You buy through Etsy, a separate independent controller of your data, governed by Etsy's Privacy Policy. This policy covers the data we receive as the seller.
Our templates have no macros, scripts, tracking or bank connections. Your copy lives in your own Google/Microsoft/Notion account or device. We cannot see or collect anything you enter (budgets, debts, income, subscriptions, rental figures).

We never send unsolicited marketing, never add Etsy buyers to a mailing list, and never use your Etsy data outside your order.
We do not sell or rent your data. We share it only with Etsy (to run the order), service providers acting on our behalf under data processing agreements — our host (Netlify), DNS/email-routing (Cloudflare) and email provider (Brevo) — our accountant under confidentiality, and public authorities (e.g. ANAF) where the law requires it.
Some providers may process data outside the EEA (e.g. the US), relying on an adequacy decision (EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework) or Standard Contractual Clauses. Ask us for details.
Access-controlled, password-protected accounts with two-factor authentication; only we can access your data.
Under GDPR: access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, objection, and withdrawal of consent. Some data must be kept for legal obligations. We reply within one month — email privacy@moneyreadable.com.
You can complain to the Romanian authority, ANSPDCP (www.dataprotection.ro), or the authority where you live/work. UK buyers: ICO.
Same standards for every buyer. Residents of US states with privacy laws (e.g. California) can exercise the rights above by contacting us. We do not sell data or share it for targeted advertising.
Order data is required to deliver your purchase. No automated decisions/profiling. We do not set cookies (Etsy's cookies are covered by Etsy's policies). Not aimed at under-16s.
